  3. Isaac Newton already figured this out 300 years ago. Force = Mass X Acceleration. The culprits are weight and speed, which means with average weight but fast speeds, you can generate a whole lot of force. But a big guy that is also fast is the ideal but also rare, Mike Tyson for example.

He’s lucky the attacker was a skinny ass fool, he didn’t have to take punishment like that, his self defence should’ve started the moment this guy turned to him, he never shouldn’t even got that close to head butt him.
