  1. Isaac Newton already figured this out 300 years ago. Force = Mass X Acceleration. The culprits are weight and speed, which means with average weight but fast speeds, you can generate a whole lot of force. But a big guy that is also fast is the ideal but also rare, Mike Tyson for example.
