  14.  @maxackerny7423  that makes no sense. Also you seem to fail to understand what makes batteries sustainable. They are rechargeable, you don't have to keep digging just to get a full tank.

  15.  @maxackerny7423  how often you will need to make batteries affects how often you will need batteries, do you understand this? OK let me make it simple for you, how often do you go to the gas station to get fuel as opposed to how many times you go to a car dealer to buy a new car.

  16.  @maxackerny7423  I think you fail to understand a very important point here, Elon's premise of making electric cars has more to do with sustainability rather than climate change. If we don't move to a different source of energy, then there will be no cars in the future. Sure getting lithium is not as efficient as it could be now but at least it could be efficient, can you change how fossil fuels burn, I don't think so. This is backwards thinking, there will be more solutions and lithium isn't the only resort. We will find better ways to store energy, but right now insistently using fossil fuels is backwards thinking and is the enemy of progress.
