What if someone died in the safe zone area because the lifeguard who was stationed there was too busy running over to save someone where there were clear signs "SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK". Oh, not to mention, the giant lawsuit they would have had if the guy he tried to save outside the flags died because it was not part of the company's cover. yeah, wow.

You have a job, you were told what it was, your company is not liable for things not part of your job description, however they are liable for you abandoning your station. Do you understand what would have happened if that lifeguard did not resuscitate that person properly and ended up dying. Giant lawsuit. Would you also blame him for not saving someone drowning from a beach 10 miles away? The guy absolutely did the right thing, and the company also did the right thing.

Area managers check in stores, ask then how it is, any accidents, concerns or even lawsuits. If you ask me, refusing a certain demographic is a big concern of their business. If the managers are lying to them, then they fucked up and promoted a liar who dont care about the business. Im not saying the higher ups causes it to happen. But certainly theyre absolved of fault. Also many business have an anonymous number to call of they have complains about something. And if i was one of those staff, i would say something about it. There is no excuse so dont make excuses for them.

She made that call because she doesnt want to come up with an excuse why she didnt call 911 when her huaband is dying. Think about, youre in the middle of nowhere and your husband is about to die in a few minutes, what do you think calling 911 at that Monent would do? Free up your hands and help him. But she didnt, because she wanted him to die, but that doesnt mean she killed him.
