You dont need to read piles of books just to understand what money is, you just need to have an open mind, you on the other hand seem brainwashed and somehow are deluded to thinking that you are actually making sense. The U.S. dollar used to be backed by gold, and every currency in the world measured itself against it, and after the Nixon administration, it literally lost its actual value, and the US government has been trying to convince you otherwise since then. Please. go read a real book, not forcefed information.
