@Agrigator, This is when people have it wrong. Manipulation actually caters to TA, and if youre a good manipulator and know what youre doing (which I am guessing they are since they have gained that much capital), you would know how to play the psychology of the market. For example, if a manipulator wants to dump the price, he would do it in slowly throughout the week or months, and everytime he does, the market will react, and this dynamic will still show on the TA, this also makes it consistent lets say hes dumping 500 btc everyweek. its not 100% proof but its better than flipping a coin if you know what to look for. Manipulation could be less predictable simply because instead of predicting t he behaviour of the masses, there is a heavier relevance to only a few. Some would argue that manipulation makes it more predictable, since the manipulator would be consistent in his motives.
