Of course it was right to continue! They agreed to play a football game. Finland cannot be punished for that. Just bring on a substitute after carrying him off and then carry on the game. Unfortunately players get injured in the professional football all the time and the players know and understand that. I hope the player recovers and finds a new vocation and is supported by his country’s football association.
