Yes if you have narcissistic friends as a female often they’re jealous of the commitment they can’t have and try to break up couples. My ex was always doing this to her best friend. Eventually she ghosted her friend for two months missing her Birthday because her friend was too busy with her business and wouldn’t grovel back to my ex as my ex always felt she was entitled to.
