  2. Sometimes they seem to turn up and start accusing the victims! I’ve seen the Police at their best when dealing with the many lunatics who should be in an asylum. Then come a cross them accusing victims of assaults of being part of the crime.

  3. @Ed B It does appear true to say that it seems like there was more of a sense of community in the past in Britain and less emphasis on the rights of the individual! Although as they say “be careful what you wish for.” As reason government actions have proven! Lols
