  2. Actually, it wasn't lifted bicycle that scared the bear but when he dropped it on the ground first time and realised bear fears it did it again. The same way one can get the bear run by hitting the gravel with showel. Bears have poor eyesight and consider that sound as a hit from powerful paw.
