  1. The Victor was a subsonic aircraft. However on a couple of “ accidental” occasions, in dives, it was recorded as exceeding Mach 1 with no significant damage to the airframe.

  2. If TSR2 had been fully developed it would still be flying, like the B-52 s. Nothing was like it until the 1990’s.
