  1. The courts will strike these laws down eventually. It may take some time, but these laws ignore due process, and it's only a matter of time before someone sues and it starts making its way up the court chain. No way it gets past the SCOTUS...it will be defeated 5-4 along ideological lines (which is actually sad, anything that goes against the Constitution should be defeated 9-0 every time).

  2.  @tonytucker948  I haven't been to church in probably at least a decade, nor do I have any plans to go anytime soon, but that doesn't make me any less a Christian. Church is a building. Christ lives inside all of us who believe. And as far as the golf stuff goes, who cares...the more time ANY of these politicians spend playing golf the better...it's less time spent governing, and we all get governed and micromanaged enough by the government.
