  2. I live in a blue state, but in a very red area. In front of houses around here, signs that say "you loot, we shoot", and thin blue line flags fly. And guess what? The mob is yet to come anywhere near here, yet has vandalized the nearby city that is awash with rainbow and BLM flags. Ever hear the term "soft target"? The rioters may be stupid, but they know better than to come out here to the rural areas, because they know we are armed and ready.
