The answer is simple. If evolution were real, how could the Kardashians exist?

Nothing like a simple lightbulb joke to trigger the leftist trolls. No wonder President Trump has made you all become deranged. Anyone who doesn't sit and hold your hand with you in your little safe space echo chamber sets you off. Your mommies and daddies certainty didn't do you any favors giving you participation trophies throughout your entire childhoods.

I don't really think there is much of a question as to whether or not evolution exists, the debate really is over whether evolution brought about complex life all the way up from a bunch of chemicals floating in the oceans, or, if simpler life was created by a higher power and that simpler life evolved to become more complex. Even if one were to believe that a higher power just created early humans out of thin air, you can't disagree that modern humans have physically and mentally evolved from early humans (at least most of us have). So the question isn't really does evolution EXIST, but where did the process start, and was there or was there not an external source such as an intelligent designer involved?

You know, it is possible to have a belief somewhere in between that of a creationist who believes that God created man 6,000 years ago, and someone who believes all life emerged from chemical reactions creating bacteria in the oceans billions of years ago. But you would never know it reading the comments here. Belief in intelligent design doesn't automatically make someone a creationist. On the other hand, belief in evolution doesn't automatically make you an atheist.

@timpieper5293 Your argument makes no sense. Why would a [rational] God reward non-belief and punish believers? Your whole argument is built off of irrationality...which makes it as absurd as the very argument you are criticizing. Pascal's wager, agree with it or not, if you break it down is not any different than saying you can't win the lottery if you don't buy a ticket. If belief in a higher power is your "ticket" to eternal life, then you can only "win" by having the said belief. And in the same sense, your sacrifice for belief in a higher power (in the scenario where there is no higher power) is minimal, just as the one dollar you spent to have a chance in the lottery is a minimal sacrifice. Basically in both examples you have little to nothing to lose, hence why the theory exists to begin with. Your criticism is comparable to saying "but what if the lottery gave the winnings to people who didn't buy tickets". That argument is irrational.

@ИльяИшикаев Nothing "needs" belief. I suppose "opinion" would be a better word than "belief" in this context. Is it of your "opinion" that theory X is a sound a theory, or not a sound theory? Or are people not allowed to have opinions? Is every single scientific theory ever proposed just 100% correct and should never be questioned or disagreed? Same could be said about religious beliefs. Some individuals in that camp say religious doctrine should never be questioned. Personally, I question everything, including both scientific theory and religion. And of course I get stupid responses like "what about the theory of gravity"? Well, yeah...maybe gravity doesn't exist and we all live in a simulation.

Nobody is being dishonest. They just believe differently than you. I don't agree with everything they said either, but they have the right to express their views. Unfortunately, the ranks of the online atheist trolls cannot allow free thought or expression by anyone with opposing viewpoints. They say it's because they are right and they are smarter so they get to call the shots. They have bestowed this title upon themselves. That's about a relevant as me calling myself king of the world so everyone must do as I say.
