  1. Name one federal law on the books that is racially discriminatory. I'll wait....... Don't have one? That's because individual PEOPLE absolutely can be racist and there will always be some who are. The country itself, as in our laws and our system, is not racist in nature. There are no laws that discriminate against any particular group. In other words there will always be some degree of individual racism, but institutional racism is all but wiped out.
