  1. I had an assignment with a former employer that sent me to NYC for a few months to work. People there think they are the center of the universe. I live upstate and all my coworkers there went on about "what do you even DO for fun up there", and "I heard there are more cows than people where you are from", and "doesn't it snow like 9 months out of the year where you live"? Well the cows part might actually be legit, but I like cows. And I also like not having 50,000 people within a 3 foot radius of me at all times like in NYC. I also enjoy actually being able to own a house and a car, and not pay $2,500 a month to live in a broom closet.
