  3. I remember back in the day when I was young and poor and me and my buddy rented a third floor walk up in an old poorly insulated brick building. It basically became a furnace in July and August. My dad gave us his old window shaker a/c unit from like 1972. It had two speeds. Off, and Full Blast. So basically, you had the option of furnace, or meat locker in our apartment, lol.
