  3. NHS was ranked as the best healthcare system in the world by the King's Fund when the Tories took office. Now it's on its knees.

They spent the last 14 years wrecking every aspect of the NHS, from deliberately underfunding it to vilifying its workforce, pitting patients against doctors, shovelling billions of taxpayers' money to their chums to run for-profit services, etc. The brass neck now to pretend they care one jot about the patients or the NHS is staggering.
