  2. except thats not true. its a gross oversimplification wherein the soviets claim they invented something that has been known about since the bronze age. of course slanted armor has a higher change of deflection, but the problem is that you still need to fit a whole crew in the tank, + the engine and ammo, a problem russian tanks to this day struggles with.
