@MonkeyBusinessMan these people dont care about the actual facts on the ground. all they care about are symbolic stances and contrarianism. Afghanistan was a shitfest from the beginning, and little to nothing was accomplished. outside of annexation and ruthless suppression of the zealous mountain tribes and purging jihadis, nothing would have prevent afghanistan from falling into taliban hands.
