  3. The voters right now believe that Democrats are adamantly opposed to audits of major budgets because they're protecting pet projects or worse, graft. USAID is a losing proposition for the DNC, but apparently it's the hill they want to die on. I've got the popcorn out as they continue to oppose audits.
