@Davesmeg Not necessarily. The context of birthright citizens was for freed slaves back in the late 1800's. The Supreme Court could very easily take that interpretation because the text actually say that. That would be more of a problem for Democrats since it undermines their entire agenda.

Tom Homan doesn't really care what Maryland's governor Wes Wants Moore thinks about illegals. He has the authority to deport illegals. Same for Tony Brown.

@Davesmeg Well, there is no law about DEI in the federal government, it was just policy of the Biden administration, same for gender. And trump is 100% within the law as to deporting illegals. In fact that's the executive branch's job is to deport illegals.
