  1. If you have to cut brushes, hedges, etc, just go buy an gas-powered hedge trimmer. Yeah, I understand they're expensive, but you really want to keep all your eyes, hands and fingers. Even there you use safety glasses (as recommended on Project Farm) and leather gloves. That goes double for chain saw attachments.
