  3.  @Doood692  We don't know because we' only have accurate data for the past 30 years. What we do know is that the earth has had much high concentrations of CO2 in the past, and frankly it's good for the planet to have more CO2 in the atmosphere, it will extend growing seasons, and give us food surpluses the world over. That additional vegetation (particularly tree growth) locks up carbon, producing more oxygen. Finally if the west cut it's carbon emissions to zero (which is impossible), it would have zero affect on the climate. The idea that this is something unique to the planet is what children and poorly educated people say.

  4. This is part of a continuing cycle on earth, CO2 increases, plants thrive, they produce oxygen, which keep CO2 in balance with O2. Until recently, CO2 was at a minimal amount to support plant life.
