  4. Cook Your Steak In The MICROWAVE The Lord above would smite you if you did such a thing. You throw it on a grill for about 2-3 minutes a side and eat the damned thing. Microwaves essentially boil foods from the inside. If you like your meat boiled, then beef is not for you. Remember, scientists in the 1990's claimed eggs were bad for you. And they clung onto that misinformation for almost 30 years, until scientists finally figured out (like the guy on the street already knew), the cholesterol in your food is not the bad part, genetically some people are just genetically programmed to have arterial plaque, and there's not a whole lot you can do about it.
