  2.  @drstrangelove4998  It is widely understood Biden isn't actually in charge; when you observe him, it's pretty obvious he hasn't the mental capacity to even given a coherent speech. Speculation is that Obama is the shadow government; our press seems supremely uninterested in figuring out what's going on.
