Maybe we could put water in the panels of the EV, and then put magnifying glasses all over the car to make the water boil, and use it to create steam to drive the car and run a a generator to make electricity. The Stanley Steamer was a real car and it just needs to be developed properly. They won't have issues with cold weather because all that hot water will keep everyone warm.
