  1. Net Zero is a tricky phrase. It doesn't mean that there is no carbon released, it means that you pay a company that buys land in the Amazon, and they promise (really really promise) that they'll always keep it forested, offsetting any carbon released (let's not delve into why carbon is essential to life on the planet). My only real concern about this scam is I didn't think of it myself.
