With the Chevron rule being ruled unconstitutional, the EPA can now be sued. The damage done to the administrative state will be glorious and overdue.

@Acemeistre That bill is not upgrading generating capacity or transmission capacity nor should it. The power companies are private companies and should not depend on taxpayer largess unless they're going to give us electricity for free. Same for car companies.

@lot2196 7 public EV chargers after hundreds of billions of dollars. Like most government spending bills, they're essentially just crapping money hoping something good will happen.

@wonderwalls3565 It's amazing. The government is blaming power companies because "high voltage lines need to be brought in" and "we contracted to outside firms to build them". The US government is currently being run by ancient people and children.
