Even if there's not enough electricity to power the buses, isn't it the thought that counts? They were trying to do the right thing, and sure, the kids can't use them, but they did get a bunch of diesel buses off the road, and that will surely save the planet. Plus the kids could use some exercise walking to school. A win-win, right?
