You can put your real name on Facebook, but other than "Happy Birthday" and "Bob, we should meet up for lunch sometime" kinds of messages, you don't post anything on jobs, politics, or anything else. Then when you are in an interview, they'll see your facebook, and if they ask you why you have such a small footprint, tell them that you're too busy to waste time on social media. You prefer face to face or texting someone. You'll be CEO in 5 years at that company.
