By your reasoning, there's no different between men and women at all, which means that men cannot sexually harass woman, there cannot be a preference for women in certain jobs, because they're the same. And if we continue to use your reasoning, there's no such thing as racial discrimination because it's just a difference in a few strands of DNA, and that any difference in the DNA is the fault of nature, and thus racial discrimination is all in people's heads.
