  5. It is within her power to go from obese to a much more healthy weight. It's not her "glands" or "genetic" or anything like that. She eats because it temporarily makes her feel better. For her own health, she should see people to get her right in the head and come up with a reasonable diet that in 18 months will put her in a better place.
