  1. He's not a problem at all. He's the first president to take on eliminating the federal bureaucracy. Oh sure, every candidate runs on eliminate waste and fraud, but Trump is actually doing it. And like it or not the consensus in the US is that we want the war to stop. We'd done paying for it, and we don't want to be party to rebuilding Ukraine unless we get something concrete out of the deal.

  2. If parties don't adapt to the times, they die. We're watching the Democrat party right now bereft of new ideas and their spokespeople are either idiots or 90 years old with ideas that date back to the 1930s. Democrats need to change their approach radically or they'll be gone.
