  1. Did anyone calculate what the net tax loss to Multnomah County was? And do tax receipts for the county show a drop? Can you add a link to the article you're referring to? Also of interest is the county has a tax of 1% of any income over $125K as a "homeless tax". They didnt' cause the problem, but they're being asked to pay for it.
