Congress would do better with more 45 year old people with children and less 80 and 90 year old people. Blame the voters for that.

Particularly because of the non-taxpayers chanting this is anti-immigrant, when in reality it's simply following the law. To the 133 people who downvoted this, when you pay taxes, and have to support a family some day without government assistance, you'll understand.
