  5. When almost 70% of people want the illegals sent back from whence they came, public opinion is not on Democrat's side. Police will not fight ICE because they know the law. And the Mayor is playing to the left wing of the party (since Colorado has been infected by the woke mind virus). And he talks a big game, but when it comes to going to jail, it's a whole different ballgame. And let's not forget the Biden administration is sending money to illegals so they can buy housing, food, and phones. So the key is to stop the money flow to illegals, and they'll begin to self-deport when the gravy train runs out.

That aside, your implication that people go to the doctor for all sorts of things that would take care of themselves isn't borne out either by data or anecdotes of talking to providers GP. Their concern is people wait too long to come in and make a small condition far worse. The real killer in healthcare is waiting too long for serious conditions that aren't *obvious*. It's for that reason that national health insurance makes you wait months for specialists like oncologists, or scanning because depending on your age, you'll either die while waiting or get to the point where no medicine can save you.

Climate change isn't really a thing that humans can affect in any direction either hotter or colder, and the Santa Anna winds have been blowing for hundreds if not thousands of years. The issue is that politicians in California are so doctrinaire hard left that they would rather save a snail darter than people. They would rather let the Indians have their water rather than save lives and property. Their DEI ambitions were deemed more important that getting competent people in their jobs. The fires in the Palisades are the logical outcome of those policies.
