@jeffmiller9911 Jeff, I went to Starbucks this morning to get some coffee, and I said "Jeff Miller gave me his opinion on Trump, and I'll share it with you too. Is the coffee free?" And surprisingly they said, no, it's still full price.

@jeffmiller9911 "no, reality did. You should try it sometime." I tried that line at Starbucks too "Jeff Miller said we should all try reality sometime. Now can I have my free coffee?" And they said "No, now you have to pay double"

@JimmyfromPhilly1 But it does signal that the senate acquitted him of insurrection, so it's not about double jeopardy so much as it is about criminalizing political actions. What Trump did to dispute the election results was not illegal, including telling the VP not to certify. Calling up election officials and tell them to legally find more ballots is actually okay.

@romPhilly1In the charges against Trump during the impeachment, the House accused him of insurrection as one of the charges. The senate acquitted him. So during the course of his term, the US congress said he did not commit insurrection. Period. End of Sentence. I get that you believe that's not true, or that this verdict won't have an affect on Trump, but the supreme court will look at this much differently than a random guy on YouTube who imagines that there was an insurrection on January 6th.

@JimmyfromPhilly1 I'm not disputing that the Congress has to take up the matter You're not. But you're refusing to acknowledge congress has already taken up the matter. There is only one forum for the congress to take it up with the president, that's called impeachment and Trump was found not guilty of the charge.

@JimmyfromPhilly1 So you don't get it. I knew you wouldn't because you're now you're in over your head in this conversation and now you're acting childish. I wish you only the best things in life.

@romPhilly1Jimmy looking through your posts, I realize you're very young, but I do want to share the actual article Trump was acquitted of by the Senate: ARTICLE 1: INCITEMENT OF INSURRECTION The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives "shall have the sole Power of Impeachment" and that the President "shall be removed from Office on Impeachment, for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." Further, section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits any person who has "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against" the United States from "hold[ing] and office You can find this online to verify.

@romPhilly1 Unfortunately you're incorrect. I actually showed you from the charges from the House in another post. He had a single article of impeachment: Insurrection, and it cites the 14 amendment. He was acquitted by the Senate. A bit of advice, do some research and when you're wrong, just admit you're wrong and apologize. It's really not that hard and people will have more respect for you.

@JimmyfromPhilly1 Trump will be in office next January. Even if they force Big Mike to run, he won't win.

Liberals are so shortsighted, they don't realize if they take away presidential immunity from official acts as president, Obama and Biden could be arrested right now. And they may well be as part of a Trump presidency.

@darkdan3379 Sounds like you're a fan of candidates sitting in the basement. Brandon is your guy, then.
