  2.  @WakkasLove  True enough. Companies exist to make money for their owners/shareholders. They do that by selling products their customers want. A win-win for everybody.

  3. To be fair, if your only skill is setting up meetings for people to discuss DI&B, you're not really in "tech". You're in the HR department. Also, if you don't drive the bottom line forward, you're easily jettisoned. DEI or DIB are hitting minorities hardest because if you look in virtually all HR departments, it's predominantly black, women, and gay. Maybe a degree in sociology or psychology or gender/race studies wasn't the best decision you made?
