  1. The guy at 2:00 is wrong. Joe Biden had symptoms of mental decline in 2018, not 2022. They were obviously giving Biden some "juice" (that was probably detrimental to his health) so he'd appear coherent for an hour at a time on TV, but the vast amount of video on Joe showed a guy who was shaking hands with imaginary people, who looked robotic, and would fall repeatedly on steps.
