  5. I'm not so quick to judge anymore. First, as a blanket statement that's almost certainly false. Second, the destruction of the black family was in no small part aided and abetted by government policies. And third, it's wise to perhaps walk a mile in a man's shoes to see if you would things differently. You're identified the correct goal; now let's figure out how we can encourage men and women to stay together and have a normal life with children, and education. And that's not necessarily a government program. Let's identify the problem(s) and then address them.
