  1. Not sure how the governor could physically withhold tax money from the federal government. You don't send your federal income tax to the state, you send it directly to the federal government. Newsom right now is appealing to no one, because he's consistently on the wrong side of 80-20 issues, like men in girls sports and protecting illegals and giving them free healthcare.
