  1. I haven't decided if Roland is an act or he actually believes what he says. I think he's mostly a hanger-on to the race-baiting industrial complex, sort of like Al Sharpton Lite, but a lot dumber.

  5. Democrats have additional issues that they can't overcome without breaking the party. They went all in on identity politics since 2008, blaming both white people and specifically men for all the ills of minorities, claiming this is a systematically racist country (although they can't define that) and they put policies in place to disadvantage white men on the alter of DEI. If they change how they view white men, it will break the party. You can't go from "White Man Bad" to "White Man please vote for me" without losing minorities and women. The woman at 8:32 is exactly the problem with the Democrat party and why a rebrand won't work.

  6. Identity Politics is a big reason as well. The Democrat party is now the party of liberal women. A toxic combination.
