  2. Jimmy Carter was an idealist who should never have been elected. However, he was a patriotic, honest man who was just in over his head. While he was a bad president, he was a good human being, and served his country as a Navy man. Joe Biden has no good qualities as a politician or a human being. Just look at how his family turned out.
