  3. Here's a 5 step program for Joy to get herself together and perhaps turn her life around: 1) Watch your diet. You obviously don't feel good about yourself, losing 30-40 pounds would change your entire view of yourself. Hire a nutritionist to help you. 2) Exercise a lot more. Exercise not only makes you feel good, it makes you a lot healthier. Hire a trainer to push you. 3) Try to back away from the crazy talk.... e.g. Trump is a fascist, claiming the government is now an aristocracy. Discuss policies and why they're good or bad. 4) Grow your hair out a little bit. Get a fashion consultant, especially as you exercise more and get in shape 5) Finally try to develop a pleasant personality. Have a trusted friend let you know when you're just being ridiculous, and pull it back a little. In 8-12 months you could turn your entire life around, and hopefully live to a ripe old age.
