  1. I saw a stat the other day that said 65% of all black women who get a degree work for the federal government, which is amazing. Note: this doesn't mean that 65% of the government workers are black women As to the Department of Education, they do not provide funding for schools, nor do they provide personnel. What they do provide is Gender ideology, Critical Race theory, and a refusal to force teachers to go back to work after the pandemic was over. The irony of these black men and women defending the status quo is it's black kids who are most affected by bad schools and teachers ‼‼‼
