  9.  @Sedgewise47  It's not an excuse, it's an explanation of why so many mentally deficient people are in office these days. We elected a president with dementia, we elected a senator (a SENATOR!) with brain damage. This is not necessarily a reflection of the voters, but may be a reflection of the loss of integrity in our elections. Mail in votes are the cause of it.
