@billykimber905 Yeah, sorry, if you a clerk at a pizza joint, you shut your mouth and do your freakin' job. Pretty simple. Maybe he was one of those peter pan guys who never seems to turn into an adult. He can believe anything he wants, he can believe the cops are the devil, he can believe he's a she. But his job it to ask the customer what they want, ring it up, take their money, and say "have a nice day sir".

@billykimber905 You can have any belief you want, but when you put it into action, then you live with the consequences. Since you probably won't understand what I wrote, let me put it more simply.... he wasn't fired for his beliefs, he was fired for endangering the owner's investment in his business. Sounds like the kid who got fired needs to grow up.

@billykimber905 I agree with your first point, but it's not relevant to this discussion. By kicking out the police, the owner had essentially a clerk making a decision that (a) he didn't agree with (b) he wasn't authorized to make and (c) put the business in a bad light. Try doing that where you work and see how long you keep your job.

@billykimber905 You dont' get to tell anybody what to have an opinion about. You're just a guy on the internet. The kid got off easy. He at least learned a lesson that his opinion is worth less than most people. The only trouble is now he'll go on public assistance, but that's California's problem to deal with and fortunately the sane people have already left the state.
