  1. Smart of her. I've trained in martial arts for years and despite people saying things like "it's not about strength", of course it's about strength. Martial arts is a force multiplier by teaching you how do punch correctly, kick correctly and know how to unbalance people. And if you're a 120 pound woman against a 160 pound man, you're going to get hurt. If this was normal man, he would let up on her, or pin her very quickly and carefully as to not hurt the woman, but these types of men seem to hate women, so she's going to get hurt.
