@arod077 It's a civil lawsuit. I swear people need to have a minimum level of education before they're allowed on the internet.

@thecloneguyz Depends on how deep your pockets are. The risk to CNN is they're out of business if they lose, they're facing an opponent with deep pockets and a public microphone. Even if CNN loses, discovery may destroy their reputation so much that they'd prefer to pay Trump off to salvage what's left of their reputation.
